Lafayette Gun Club of Virginia Inc. was founded in 1948 as a private gun club and incorporated in the state of Virginia in 1949

***Membership at Lafayette Gun Club has reached capacity.  Therefore, all new approved applicants will be placed on a waiting list for membership into the club.***

The club was established to encourage organized firearms shooting and to develop individual marksmanship skills, with a view toward better knowledge in the safe handling and proper care of firearms.

LGC fosters the development of patriotism, honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play, self-reliance and personal responsibility.

LGC is situated on 28 acres of lakefront property 0.6 miles east of U.S. Route 17 at 331 Dare Road in Grafton, Virginia

Membership is open to all persons of good repute.
