How to Get the Best Abs

When people are working out, one of the things you are going to hear from them all the time is that they want to get a four or a six-pack. We have all been there during our workout journey. We are just so desperate that we want to get that six pack, and we are willing to do what it takes. But the problem is that a lot of people do not realize that you have to make sure that you are doing things in the right way. If you are not, then you are not making enough progress.

As you can see here, there are so many different ways to get the abs that you want. But we have to give you some reality checks about this process. What you have to understand is that there is no magic exercise that you can do if you want to get abs. You may think that is how it works, but it is not. It is just not going to happen for you in this way. Why? Because you are not understanding the reason why you do not have abs yet. The reason why you do not have abs right now is fat.

That is right – the answer is fat. You may have a fantastic core, and you can feel its strength when someone touches it or even semi-punches you in your stomach. You can feel that strength, and you know those muscles are present. But why are you not seeing them? It is not because you are not working hard. It is not because you are not doing enough ab exercises. The answer is simple, you are not losing enough fat. You need a very low body fat percentage if you want to have six pack abs. That is just the reality.

So, if you are serious about getting those abs, it is all about cutting. Yes, you need muscle, but if you have been weight training for a few years you have that muscle. It is the reality. If you were to strip away all the fat from your body, you would have that six pack instantly. That is just how it works. And if you want that six pack right now, then you must get ready to put in the work. You have to be ready to go out there and to do the cutting that is needed.

We have to tell you that it is not fun. So make sure that you are genuinely wanting that six pack. Do not think that it will be easy. There is no magic cure and there is no quick method that is going to get you the results that you want. It is just hard work. You will have to do your cardio, maintain your weight training, and ensure that you are cutting weight from your diet too. You will have to eat right, and you will have to do this for at least a few weeks, maybe even a couple of months!
